Review the elements as one facade
The issue may be the position of the name, too much wording or a background that does not work with the logo. We therefore consider how the elements relate before specifying each piece separately.
- Cladding: its colour, layout and relationship to openings and signage within the approved scope.
- Signs and letters: the name position, scale and lighting requirements.
- Logos: the position of the symbol and identity within the overall composition.
- Window graphics: the required information or artwork and the areas that should remain clear.
A project may include some or all of these elements. The quotation identifies the work included; facade services do not automatically cover every building or interior fit-out task.
New sites and existing shopfronts
For a new site, we review the name, background and glazing arrangement before approving the elements, coordinating site requirements with the parties involved. For a refurbishment, we first establish why the change is needed and what may be retained following review.
An existing facade does not mean every element is suitable for reuse, nor does it mean everything must be replaced. The condition and intended design are discussed before the work is defined.

How does the project begin?
Send a straight-on photo and a view from the visitor’s approach, together with the city, approximate dimensions and brand artwork if available. Explain whether the business is operating, what should change and whether the project is linked to an opening date.
We review the concept and site, then define the design, materials, finishes and required work. Measurements and details are approved before fabrication, with delivery and installation coordinated according to the agreement.
